Explore the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict and peace process through primary source documents and teaching strategies that support critical analysis of texts. Addressing standards-based content including Nationalism, the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire, the Mandate Period, and the Establishment of the State of Israel, students develop an historical perspective to better understand existing modern-day challenges. Major historical developments in the Arab-Israeli conflict as well as current issues to be negotiated are be addressed.
