Monday 1:30 Room B-2

Presenters: Brian Sheehan, Brady Sheehan, Kennedy Sheehan

In the context of vocal music, participants demonstrate the creative, critical thinking, collaborative, and problem-solving skills needed to function as both global citizens and workers in diverse societies. This performance-based session focuses on the ostinato and polyrhythms of African music and how people use these elements to build a sense of community and tell their stories through time.
