Educate About the Constitution Using 21st Century SkillsWondering what to do for Constitution Day? Constitutional Rights Foundation and Remix America invite you and your students to be a part of the national celebration of the U.S. Constitution. Whether you have a simple lesson or a week-long unit, your students can create a video presentation using Remix technology to document and share their ideas and learnings about the Constitution and Bill of Rights. You can have students participate individually, in small groups, or as a whole class.
To participate in the Constitution Day Challenge:
1. First, help your students understand key concepts about the Constitution and its Bill of Rights. Depending on your grade level and standards, you might choose to focus on one aspect of the Constitution such as the Preamble or certain amendments from the Bill of Rights.
