Are you interested in offering a teacher professional development workshop
this year
(November 2021 to May 2022)?

If you are interested in offering a teacher PD workshop this fall, winter, or spring 2022, feel free to submit a proposal and indicate your preferred time frame (dates and times) and theme or themes. Feel free to offer a series of workshop dates/sessions.

Please also indicate if there is a cost associated to registration. We try to make as many PD offerings free for teachers, but we understand that there are necessary expenses and costs to run workshops.

Under-represented voices of the American Revolution

Working with Revolution 250 and Massachusetts Historical Society, MCSS will coordinate a series of professional development workshops (to be offered throughout the 2021-2022 school year) focusing on underrepresented groups during the American Revolution, as part of commemorating the 250th anniversaries of events leading to the American Revolution in Massachusetts and New England.

If you are considering an in-person workshop at your site, please note that some school districts will not approve teachers to attend and participate in out-of-district professional development workshops.
